This has COMPLETELY cured my bacterial folliculitis that was on my back, chest, scalp, upper arms and neck. I have battled this condition for 6 years and this is the only thing that has ever cleared me! I take 1000mg/day. I read they work best on an empty stomach so I take 4 spread out throughout the day when I haven’t eaten in atleast 2 hours. I know it’s the lactoferrin that cured me, I am not on any other regimen. Bacterial folliculitis is typically from staph and staph requires iron to grow and multiply. If you’re taking a supplement that is regularly sequestering the iron to be used up, then that specific bacteria (staph in my case) starves and cannot effectively multiply. Please give it a try!

The appetite suppression has allowed my metabolism to work better as I practice new better eating habits and increase my activity. I now work out 4 times a week and I make sure to take Lactoferrin with my probiotics every morning. It’s been a month of consistency and so far, I’ve lost 6 pounds! To my surprise, taking Lactoferrin has significantly reduced my period cramps to where during two cycles I had none at all. I started taking it a month before I got into my current health regimen so although my diet consisted of junk food and no exercise outside of my ~7,000 daily steps, my cramps that are usually extremely painful have pretty much disappeared.
