The only problem is its a bit too big for my head. The New Era hat size I wear is 6 7/8. When I adjust the strap on the back, it still feels a bit too big and awkward. If you wear a 7 1/2 hat size then this hat will probably work well for you. The Adjustability of this hat is more in favor for people with a larger head. This really stinks for me because I always wanted one of those Mariners alternate logo hats.
