The terracotta looks to be the same quality and they are still marked as made in Germany, but the pots are fractionally shorter and wider, with a slightly more pronounced rim. They are still fine for auriculas but if you want a matching set with older pots be aware they look slightly different. I have bought several packs of these over the years from this seller (Weston Mill Pottery) and only ever had a couple frost flake. Also they pack them very well, I've only ever had one breakage in transit, which is good going for such fragile items. The rim dia is 9.2cm Under the rim is 8.9cm The base dia is 5.5cm The overall height is 11.0 cm Hope these help you out, Cheers John. **Q: Are the pots frost resistant?** A: We don't claim the pots (or any terracotta pots) are frost resistant as they just need the wrong conditions when the pots have absorbed some moisture which then expands in a subsequent frost and they may suffer frost damage. Although we don't usually experience any problems, we do advise that the pots are put inside during the winter. **Q: would a standard wine bottle fit inside** A: No way, too narrow. 9cm at the opening, 5cm at the base, 11cm tall!
