Review: Great Chinese slicer - Obviously a western company making a Chinese slicer style knife so its not traditional however it is really rather good. I bought this at the same time as a Ken Hot wooden handle version, I prefer the Ken Hot knife however for ease of use this cannot be beaten. I'm happy to put it in the dishwasher, the steel is not too hard to risk chipping and its razor sharp out of the box (and east to sharpen). Definitely a keeper!

**Q: Can I know how many angle for the knife ?**
A: Fine, very fine

**Q: I know now thst this does not come with a cover, but can anyone recommend a cover for this?**
A: I can’t recommend a cover for this item, however, do not be too adventurous with what you are chopping! I tried to cut a venison bone that was probably 15mm and a pea shaped piece broke off the blade. However, being an engineer I managed to grind back 15mm and re sharpen .👍😊🤔

**Q: How to sharpen this knife by using a whetstone please?**
A: Set at approx 25-30 deg and keep the angle constant, sharp as a razor.

Finally took the plunge and bought a decent Chinese chef's knife. This is actually great value and the quality is top notch. I have a set of 'Global' brand Japanese knives and they are very poor. One blade actually broke clean off as I was using it. They are four times the price. It's got good weight to it. I hand wash only and it looks as good as new after several months of daily use. It's razor sharp and easy to sharpen even for the unskilled! About to buy the brand again.
