The ingredients are: Wheat flour 86%, Sugar, Yeast , Rapeseed oil, Salt , Wheat gluten, Flour treatment agent > Ascorbic acid. There is a possibility of > Milk, eggs and sesame seeds. Vegetarian like my self love this product. **Q: What is the shelf life of this product?** A: Sorry to take so long to reply but I was away from home and needed to see the carton to answer accurately. I bought mine 3rd Dec 2021 and the date on the carton says 05/2022. It does not say “Best before” or “Use by” but I would guess at it being “Best before” **Q: You ted huddle palm oil??** A: The items I received contained Rapeseed oil and no Palm oil. What you see is what you get!These are mini bread slices, gently baked to a golden dry, light, airy and crumbly little slice of tastiness. Size-wise they're about a third of the size of a normal slice of bread and about the same thickness. Very delicious, and completely the "real deal" French toast. Two wrapped packets of these per box with a closure tab on the box to keep them fresher longer.
