Check YouTube for videos. You'll need suitable tools of course, but I found it pretty simple (compared to say trying to open up an old iPod).These batteries do not come with any double sided tape. I don't know how essential that is, but I managed to very carefully peel the tape from the old battery and reuse.The wire position (where it exits) the battery is slightly different but this doesn't present a problem in practice.After installation, I charged once fully and the devices gave about 2 hours life (up from about 5 mins before).
