I was very pleased that these are made with regular vegetable oils instead of palm oil. The ingredients include: Enriched wheat flour, sugar, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, milk, sodium bicarbonate, soy, ammonium bicarbonate, salt, wheat starch, honey, milk protein, casein, artificial flavoring and that is about it! These do contain wheat, gluten, soy, milk and may have traces of tree nuts including hazelnut and pistachios. May contain egg. These do not contain any preservatives, dyes, hydrogenated fats or artificial sweeteners. Only the best ingredients are used to make these. These are made in Italy so expect a few cookies to be broken in shipping. I opened my first bag and only a few were broken and still very edible. Plus you know how they say broken cookies don't have any calories. Wink, wink! 4 Cookies are the serving size and contain 140 calories with 5g fat, 0mg cholesterol, 110mg sodium and 20g carbohydrates. These are a source of a few vitamins too like Iron and Potassium.
