It’s very good. The rubberized wheels provide better traction the pure hard plastic wheels. It works well on grassy areas, as long as the grass is not too tall. The only downside is the load distribution is too far forward when used as a transport chair. It tends to tip forward, dumping the passenger, if a raised crack in the pavement or a raised seam/joint in the sidewalk is encountered.
