Featuring powerful spring arms with vinyl coating for comfort and gripper pins that maintain inward pressure without damaging the carpet nap, this pack of two squeezers is ideal for glue-down carpet installations and repairs. Compact and lightweight, it offers precise control over seam tension, making it an essential tool for professional carpet fitters. ## Description The Zimpty ZY361 set includes two spring-loaded carpet seam squeezers. Each seam pincher has two gripper pin plates and a looped spring handle to help bring carpet edges together and hold a joint while compatible adhesive sets. Use for carpet installation and seam repair, including glue-down work where a temporary seam holder is needed. Position the pins carefully and check suitability on a spare piece before use. These are manually operated spring tools, not a power stretcher or an adjustable screw clamp. Carpet, adhesive and other installation tools are not included. ## Features - Two-piece set: Includes two complete spring-loaded carpet seam squeezers for positioning and holding carpet seams during installation and repairs. - Gripper pin plates: Paired pin plates engage suitable carpet pile and help hold the edges together while compatible seam adhesive sets. - Spring-loaded action: Looped metal spring handles operate the seam holders manually. The spring supplies the holding force; there is no pressure-adjustment dial. - For glue-down seam work: Useful when a temporary join holder is needed to keep prepared carpet edges aligned during adhesive curing. Follow the carpet and adhesive manufacturer instructions. - Check carpet compatibility: Test grip on a spare piece first, position the pins carefully and keep fingers clear of the pin plates. Carpet and other installation supplies are sold separately. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BFG93GD3 | | Best Sellers Rank | #252,391 in Tools & Home Improvement ( See Top 100 in Tools & Home Improvement ) #669 in Tool Sets (Tools & Home Improvement) | | Brand Name | Zimpty | | Color | Silver | | Customer Reviews | 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars (47) | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00850035620274 | | Included Components | Carpet Seam squeezer | | Item Weight | 0.38 kg | | Manufacturer | Zimpty | | Model Number | ZY361 | | Number of Items | 2 | | Number of Packs | 2 | | Part Number | 55-180 | | Power Source | hand_powered | | Style | Pack of 2 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Zimpty - **Color:** Silver - **Item Weight:** 0.38 kg - **Power Source:** hand_powered - **Style:** Pack of 2 ## Images ![Carpet Seam Squeezer, 2 Pack, Spring-Loaded Seam Pincher and Join Holder with Gripper Pins for Carpet Installation and Glue-Down Seam Repairs - ZY361 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51pttDamA7L.jpg) ![Carpet Seam Squeezer, 2 Pack, Spring-Loaded Seam Pincher and Join Holder with Gripper Pins for Carpet Installation and Glue-Down Seam Repairs - ZY361 - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41-FQfxyRsL.jpg) ![Carpet Seam Squeezer, 2 Pack, Spring-Loaded Seam Pincher and Join Holder with Gripper Pins for Carpet Installation and Glue-Down Seam Repairs - ZY361 - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51j4I9WNYrL.jpg) ![Carpet Seam Squeezer, 2 Pack, Spring-Loaded Seam Pincher and Join Holder with Gripper Pins for Carpet Installation and Glue-Down Seam Repairs - ZY361 - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41GEKv5FLGL.jpg) ![Carpet Seam Squeezer, 2 Pack, Spring-Loaded Seam Pincher and Join Holder with Gripper Pins for Carpet Installation and Glue-Down Seam Repairs - ZY361 - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/41m4lQXUsLL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Style** options. ## Frequently Bought Together - Zimpty ZY361 180 Carpet Seam Squeezer, Carpet Pincher, Carpet Fitter Join Holder Seam Lock (Pack of 2) - Orcon Carpet Row Finders - Crain 366 Row Finder --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/511240488-carpet-seam-squeezer-2-pack-spring-loaded-seam-pincher-join](https://www.desertcart.com.kw/products/511240488-carpet-seam-squeezer-2-pack-spring-loaded-seam-pincher-join) --- *Product available on Desertcart Kuwait* *Store origin: KW* *Last updated: 2026-10-31*
