Electric lighter did not work, so I tried to light manually. That’s when I noted no gas coming through orifices. Disconnected hose, it was clear. Regulator allowed air flow. Tried to blow air into pipe where the other end of hose connected, no air would pass. Called camplux, no assistance, send it back to Amazon. Fortunately, Amazon did right by me, thanks! Very poor craftsmanship unfortunately!I was contacted by Camplux and they sent a new burner. The new burner works like a champ and they deserve credit for making things right. After over a dozen tries to use the igniter hearing & smelling gas coming from the burner it lights with a match but not the igniter. Tried several more times to get igniter to work and nothing. Contacted the vendor, hoping to get a resolution on it. For that I give it a 2 instead of at least a 4.Very happy to say after vendor contacted the deal was made right.
