The compartments are good sizes, I can imagine having a main, sides and then any thing else. I.e A pie, then mash potato and veg in each compartment. It sits nicely in the lap too if your in front of the telly or in an armchair. Being stainless steel, the tray is very easy to wash afterwards as everything just slides straight off. While washing under hot water, it will become quite hot so take caution when using it in the oven or while washing it.Will certainly take this away on camping trips to save on luggage. Photo attached is a standard 400g size curry ready meal with small snack size bhaji's.
