Review: I don’t even play pickleball - This used to be called pickleball powder or something like that. I don’t play any sort of sport but I have horrific PMS and fatigue from extremely low blood pressure and high resting heart rate. Drinking this regularly is extremely therapeutic for me due to the combination of magnesium and potassium. I also love the unique flavor. It tastes salty and sweet but in a GOOD way. I wish they sold this flavor without the minerals and vitamins so I could drink it constantly. It’s that good! I love adding 2 scoops to a big 24oz bottle and loading it up with a whole tray of ice cubes. It’s heavenly in the summer time. I hope they never ever change the formula or flavor because it’s perfect as it is! All ladies should have this in their kitchen.

My nutritionist recommended this for me. Now my whole family will use it. It tastes really good. Kind of remind me of the drink Tang. I like the ratio of electrolytes in it and definitely seems to help us on days we sweat a lot. Will be purchasing again for sure. It’s really easy to mix up . It doesn’t get clumpy when I mix it. I do add it to more water then suggested though because it is a little sweeter than I like. take a scoop and mix it in a small amount of water and then add the rest of the water around 32 ounces and dip in it throughout the day.
