Out of a need to feel assuaged, I made myself a serving of this, and my headache is suddenly mostly gone! It’s hovering between a 0.5 and a 1. I’m floored. Normally, my headaches escalate until they affect my eyesight (though they’re not migraines), and nothing has ever managed them. I usually just hope the combination of meds and a full night’s sleep make it go away but even that occasionally doesn’t work. I’m about to go make myself another half serving because this actually helped. Original review (with updates): The Salted Caramel wasn’t for me. I’ve been able to tone it down with a splash of butter rum and vanilla extracts with a touch of ChocZero’s caramel drink syrup (which is pretty good), but ultimately ended up just mixing it into the sweet cocoa flavor, instead.
