My partner has one with a non slip surface on one side which is perfect to stop it moving as you move from stance to stance.This towel on the other hand is just a large micro fibre towel, I paid £14 on Amazon reduced from £40. This yoga towel is great quality and exactly what i need for my Pilates lessons, it can be used as a drying towel after any sport or activity and, even better, can be used on the floor,either directly or on top pf a padded mat during exercise to soak up any sweat and to keep the normal floor mat clean. I initially bought this for myself for hot yoga and have found it so good I've now purchased another one for my boyfriend. This towel perfectly fits the yoga mat I use in class and your feet don't slip on it which was my initial concern. This is much more hygienic than being on a yoga mat and using a separate towel to wipe the sweat off you. Every time you adopt a position on the mat where your body is on the towel the sweat is wiped away. I would thoroughly recommend this product.
