I add 1 scoop (included in the pack, but, you need to dig around for it!) to a small amount of water, mix, mix, mix (using a electric hand whisk/frother makes it so much easier) to dissolve the powder, then top up to about 250ml water. Have been using once daily, before my morning coffee, for about 2 weeks. Definitely makes me feel more alert and ready for my morning commute. I have also noticed less bloating and skin a bit clearer. Maybe I need to use for longer to see added benefits. I was a bit wary of what the taste was going to be like, but I actually like it.
