**Q: just got this skimmer. Are bubbles suppose to overflow from the top of blue tube?I raised the skimmer 2 inches so it's in about 7 inches of water.**
A: Before skimmer broken in, bubble will come out from the blue tube. After the skimmer is broken in, all bubble will stay inside the cone body. Usually it will be take 3 to 7 days to break in a new skimmer.

**Q: What are the min / max water level requirements?**
A: The ideal water level is 6 to 8"

**Q: Will this work in 9.5” deep water?**
A: you will need to raise up the skimmer for 3", since this skimmer works the best in 6.5" water level.

**Q: Where can I order another pump? Haven’t had it but for maybe a year and it already broke.**
A: You can either purchase the PH2000 skimmer at Amazon or SC Aquariums for $under 50 with shipping included. If you have purchased the skimmer new from SC Aquariums, the skimmer will have one year warranty which you can request for a free replacement.
