**Q: your description states 1.5 in tube diameter, is the mounting tube  size 1.5 or the standard 1 3/8 in shaft?**
A: It is the standard 1 3/8" shaft.   I also purchased the On Stage EB9760 Exterior Speaker Mounting Bracket designed to fit a 1 3/8" shaft and it fits perfectly.

**Q: Does anyone know of a bag that will hold these? Preferably one bag to hold both stands.**

A: not familiar with these but everything I've ever had took this standard hole
