The blades are sharp. I need to be very careful. The protect cover doesn’t work perfectly. It is perfect to julienne cucumbers, potatoes, and carrots(these are hard veggies). Looks like knife cut. I like it very much. I tried strawberries, doesn’t work so well. The only drawback is that it has very few thickness choices. Overall, it is wonderful.

This peeler is absolutely incredible. Paper thin spiral sliced sheets that lay flat means there’s no limit to the number of culinary ideas you can come up with. I have many plans for new recipes and inventive dishes, thanks to this peeler. So one key to working with this is to start turning the handle before the vegetable or item you’re slicing comes into contact with the blade, this way you’re creating inertia for the blade to do its job. Just use very light pressure on the arm that teeters the blade into the food you’re slicing and you won’t have any issues.

It doesnt work properly, it work 1 single time with a zucchini. Tried it with a sweet potato. it doesnt have enough strenght for that. after using the sweet potato, it didnt sliced the zucchini anymore aswell.
