If not, do "standard" sized hoses work without any problems ?** A: No it comes just as you see it .It does not hook up direct to faucets,it goes to a heating unit then to a separate spigot.What you see is just the filter. **Q: Does both the H-300 filter cartridge and the GL3 head ship together as a system for this price?** A: if it's more than $100 than I would think so.
