In two of our Dodge pickups it fits perfectly. In the third one it has some issues with closing, but it is fine and a beverage cup, even a large one, can sit in the holder with ease. It is a shame that the pickups were designed with really lousy cup holders in them at the factory. However, this console is the answer to the problem. It is molded plastic, very sturdy.
