**Q: Is it Third party tested?**
A: I don't know. But the last Magnesium I bought did not have those three (extra) active ingredients in it. I wondered what they were. So I looked them up. And one of them was from the ingredients of eye drops. I tried this one for three days. I woke up weak and dizzy for three days of taking it. I threw the whole thing in the garbage when I found out that those extra ingredients clashed with a healthy body.

I take magnesium because it works to keep me even tempered, relaxed, and regulates my blood pressure and blood sugar. I don’t notice how much it helps my mood unless I forget to take it for a day or two. The capsules are kind of big so could be difficult to swallow for some. Make sure to take with plenty of water or with food! It is very unpleasant when you burp it up and it burns. However, the positive impact it has on my mental and physical health far outweighs the negative. I strongly recommend anyone research all its benefits, especially if you struggle with stress, anxiety, or irritability. Plus it’s great at alleviating symptoms of PMS. You just have to take it daily to reap the benefits. Be sure to consult with your doctor to make sure it’s right for you before taking.
