I usually use the torch on my phone to light the way and make myself more visible. When a running club recommended one of these I was surprised at how cheap it was at a fiver, so thought I'd give it a go with it being such a good price. Wasn't expecting much tbh with it being so cheap, but it's a great quality item and a real godsend! It's nice and lightweight, the angle of the light can be adjusted to point it where you want the light to shine, and it stays in place. Doesn't flop about, and the band around your head is a comfortable fit. That also stays in place. The light is surprisingly bright, and makes me feel really safe and secure because I can see perfecly what is ahead of me and I have no doubt motorists can also see me very clearly. It even comes with the batteries required. The button to change the sequence of lighting is large and very responsive when you press it. It cyles between bright and low white light, static red light and flashing red light. I only ever use the high setting for the white light. Can't recommend this highly enough. Yo casi siempre la llevo en mi mochila, y más de una vez me ha ido muy bien en situaciones muy diversas. La puedes llevar como el que lleva un paquete de tabaco, y si la necesitas allí está para darte luz.También tiene un modo de luz más floja, un modo intermitente y un modo de luz roja, pero yo casi siempre la uso en el modo de luz blanca más fuerte.
