I had switched because my old one only had 3 strains and I read that more variety of strains was beneficial. I take probiotics daily now and this has certainly helped reduce instances of IBS and help regularity. After much research I felt these had a good variety of strains and in a reasonable 10 billion dose - when switching I experienced some mild gastric symptoms, which is normal, then after a few days these settled down. Have been taking for around 10 days now and am very happy with them.
