Eventually, timer failed and company was again responsive and provided a label to return the product. I paid $14 for freight on NEW unit sent to me WHICH WAS IMPROVED. The timer could be set up to 2 hours OR in the ON position.We lost power during Irma for 11 days and the high humidity grew mold in the house. We scrubbed the walls and, when we were out of the house, kept this unit ON. A later mold test showed that the mold was GONE. It also kills palmetto bugs. I moved into an apartment where the previous tenant had pets and also smoked, I used this machine in each room for 20 minutes at a time and could not believe the results,. I have also let my daughter use it for her basement that smelled a little musty and it removed every trace of order. I am still amazed that this little machine can work as well as it does for the cost. Do yourself A favor and purchase an O-Zone cleaner, As long as you follow the directions it is safe and and so easy to use.
