Instead of sending me a new clip, they sent me another leash in the same pattern, even though it isn’t sold anymore!Update to seller- the stitches ripped after a few months and I lost part of the clip. Can you send me a new clip please?I’m happy I got this. I was tired of trying to remember where I’d left my phone at home. It’s comfortable and durable so far. I really like the Oriental pattern. After I attach the strap through my Otterbox Defender rubber outer case, I easily insert the inner case with my phone in it into the rubber case. The neck strap, wrist strap, and Hand strap are all comfortable, easy to use, and durable. I really like how the strap is threaded through the buckle. It’s easy to put together and easy to undo so I can remove the leash from my phone. But the strap doesn’t slip through the buckle so the leash comes undone. It’s stays firmly attached.My only problem was one that other reviewers have mentioned. When hung around my neck the phone dangles below my waist. I fixed this by bending open a paper clip so that there is a hook at both ends. I put one hook in through the strap just above the phone, where there are several layers in the strap. The other hook through the lower end of the neck strap where the strap is sewn together. This arrangement shortens the strap so the phone hangs at the middle of my chest. The hooks can come undone if I move around a lot so the phone is swinging. I think the manufacturer should add something to fix this. I currently have the OtterBox Commuter Series and it’s a tight fit that isn’t my favorite. I’m switching back to the Defender Series which worked much better. The difference is in how the bottom corner stays flush to the phone despite the Foneleash leading through.I wear this CONSTANTLY. I can hook my key and wallet to it and off I go. It’s handy to always have my camera / phone available and it’s sturdy. I find it comfortable - doesn’t dig into my neck. It’s not cheap lanyard material but rather a high-quality, tightly woven nylon? It’s also easy to clean. I throw it in a sink of soapy water and swish it around, rinse and hang to dry.I also love the length of the strap for hanging out of my bags but being deep inside so as to not slip out. I can easily locate it because of the long lanyard but without worry that it will fall out when jostled.I have tried other contraptions but as someone who always has a case on my phone and wants to keep it close 24/7 - this is my jam. Worked like a charm (not to say anybody tried to steal it). The part of the strap along the back of the phone tends to get slack every few days, but otherwise I have no complaints. The strap is also soft enough not to rub uncalloused hands raw.I don't use the lanyard part, so I don't know how readily the clip can spontaneously slip and drop your cell while it's hanging around your neck.
