Others I've used can be quite difficult and flimsy to manage. This is very easy. I loaded it with 14 morning pills and 7 evening, these vary sizes from small aspirin, to Fish Oil tablets. There was still plenty of space. The box is made of a smooth plastic, no sharp edges and no toxic smells. The opening system is a flip lid, locks in place with ease and opens with slight upward pressure.
