## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does the package include batteries? If not, what kind of batteries should I choose?**
A: There is no battery inside the clock. It requires 1*AA dry batteries, carbon batteries are recommended over alkaline batteries.

**Q: How do I turn on the alarm?**
A: Move the switch on the back from the "OFF" position to the "ON" position.

**Q: Why are alarm clocks not suitable for alkaline batteries?**
A: Because the movement is a high-precision instrument and consumes little power, the use of alkaline batteries will easily damage the movement and lead to inaccurate timekeeping.

**Q: If my alarm is inaccurate, making noise or not working at all, what should I do?**
A: Contact the assistance service for a brand new alarm clock or 100% return service.
