Today I updated my factory Chevy Cobalt radio with a Pioneer MVH-S522BS receiver and these speakers are even more amazing! After tweaking EQ and crossover settings I'm in impressed with these speakers. The Pioneer receiver made these speakers sound even better!* It's been a week now since I replaced the rear deck 6x9s in my 2008 Chevy Cobalt with these Recoil Audio 6x9s and I'm extremely pleased with the sound quality and depth they have. Great speakers, great price, for a budget builds, I definitely recommend Recoil Audio! Update: Sept. 23, 2024. I have now had the 6.5 coaxials installed for over a month and I have to say as replacements for my factory speakers in my Cobalt I'm very impressed with these. I installed dynamat on my doors when putting in the 6.5's and even with no amplifier they hit pretty deep and sound really nice I'm very impressed with these speakers as factory replacements.
