No complaints from me. *by K***Y on 10 December 2014* Amazing product, with the right micro-static wipes, key to efficient dusting.Swivels its head without much effort, flips over with a flick to utilise the upper side of the dry wipe attached to the head, can reach under furniture, extends to good height for giants, and what's more, takes 3 mins to dust and clean a vinyl floor of a medium room.The head is strong, holds onto a dry wipe with dear life. And boy, after a week, it's shocking how much dust has settled. Wouldn't clean without it.My preference is to use this before getting the dustpan and brush out, which has a tendency to disturb dust only.
