Pop the iron over top quickly and it will disappear :-) I just wish they would make a white pen for dark fabrics (and paper, of course!!) **Q: If you wrote some notes on a pad of paper and accidentally left the pad in the sun on a hot day, would it erase the writing?** A: Yes. I had 2 Birthday Cards all written out and ready to go. They were on the dash of my vehicle for about 20 minutes on a sunny day. I got back to my car to find that the addresses on both envelopes had disappeared. I thought I had better open the envelopes to see if my greetings were still there. They too had disappeared. It was my own fault knowing that the erasability comes from friction which generates heat. I use these pens a lot but not for anything that I want or need to be permanent. I use a number of A5 notebooks for work, recipes, notes, Bullet Journal and a few others and these pens are ideal.
