The metal strap fastener snapped during this journey, its first time in use! Up until this part of the journey, I was really impressed with the bag, it seemed like a great travel companion with multiple compartments for ease of access and acres of space inside. This could be a brilliant laptop or travel bag if the manufacture replaced the cheap strap holders. I'm not too sure what the strap holders/fasteners are made out of, at first glance they appear to be metal but when snapped they look like a painted ceramic. Had it for a very short time and the connector holding the strap to the bag broke. Oahina replaced it, but strap broke again. Had to buy a heavy-duty strap. Bag then ok for a while but then the stitching on one of the side-pockets had come away.
