**Q: How much does it take**
A: The steps are far to heavy we gave them to the cleaners to get rid and purchased light wight ones same price it’s just knowing

**Q: How much weight does it take when standing on it**
A: These are really sturdy ladders ... nice weighted ladders im 6ft and weigh 97 kg  all good

**Q: How tall is the highest platform?**
A: I don't know/have no longer access to these steps. But they are rubbish. Arrived damaged, very poor packaging and transport. And within a few days the catch would open or close very easily. Very flimsy construction. They have been a mega pain and thus rarely used.

**Q: Are these steps aluminium or steel and what weight are they?**
A: I don't think they are aliminium but they are not overly heavy ...my wife uses them and she hasn't complained  about the weight ...hope this is  of some help
