So my burgers & fries that are frozen, that have to be defrosted and cooked, come out just perfect. Just a tip, don't cover the food with a plastic top when using the CRISP feature. It can melt the plastic since the heat is coming from heated metal like a toaster oven. If I could change one thing about it, would be the size. I would really enjoy all these features in a bigger dimensions. Only one complaint *by K***A on August 26, 2024* Love the look and function of this microwave. The crisp option is great so far. In fact the only thing I think is missing is the lack of a power setting. I’m used to using different power settings when using the microwave and I miss that option. It is easy to operate, readable touchpad and a good size I have only had it for a couple of weeks now but so far it’s a good choice and a good price.
