I was unable to sleep at night because of my pillows. I tried every pillow out there both expensive and affordable, both fluffy and firm, big and small, I tried it all and nothing worked. I've tried sleeping with multiple pillows and even tried sleeping with one pillow at one point but I kept waking up with back pain. I also thought sleeping on my side and stomach was to blame for this pain but I searched "stomach sleeping pillows" on Amazon and was immediately intrigued by this pillow. The best thing about the Cervical Pillow is the flat neck rest. My main issue with other pillows was I felt my neck wasn't laying flat on the bed, that I was holding it up and straining it throughout the night. I also woke up with migraines with my older pillows but with THIS pillow, I wake up with a straight posture! I have no tense muscles or pain and I felt relief overnight! What makes this different from other pillows is how flat and firm it is. I've seriously never felt more relief from sleep which is so unfortunate to say.
