**Q: Does it have swivel wheels?**
A: no

**Q: Would it fit a 22" Ashton drake doll?**
A: It is a very tiny stroller. I would be hesitant to say it would fit.

**Q: The product page states that recommended age is from 18 months.  Did the stroller's package say that too?  Mine says for 3yo+.**
A: I don't have thre packaging anymore but it is definitely a shorter/smaller stroller and much past age 3 the stroller is going to be too short. My daughter is 2.5 now and it's perfect. So I would say 18months through under age 4 would be the right ages to use.

**Q: Will this work for a 1 year old?**
A: Perfect size for a 1 year old.  My granddaughter loves it!
