I also wore this heart magnet in my knickers while at work. I had a rather interesting experience standing close to a metal bin...where the magnet sprang to life and with a resounding clang provided entertainment for my colleagues as it looked as if I had a gentleman's morning Glory and was trying to copulate with the bin. As far as menopausal symptoms go I've tried everything... Herbs, teas, massage, cold packs, fans and apparently humping bins. I eventually went to my GP and asked for HRT. Within 2 wks I was so fantastically better in every way, mood so much better feeling better than I had in yrs, sweats gone, sleep improved, libido increased ( tho funnily enough Im not attracted to bins) and all in all I wish I had started HRT 2yrs previously. In short - they will prise the HRT out of my cold dead hands and I would crawl over broken glass to get it. It's wonderful tho I do know it's not for everyone.
