Fast forward to mid October 2024 he ask me if I could send him the link to the case he needed a new one. So I asked him why he needed a new one. The handle had come off and it had lost a wheel. I contacted the seller about the bag coming apart and sent them pictures. They apologized for the failure and replaced the case with a new one.
