It is easy to use, just push the button! It is perfect for my baby, and I'll use it for my older children as well because of how easy it is to use. I even tried it on myself! The velvet bag that it comes with is nice. It needs 2 AAA batteries. My favorite thing about this one is that it has a light up screen. Other thermometers are a problem because when I tried to take a temperature in a dark room, I couldn't read the display.
