Best dropped under the tongue and then wait about 30 seconds for best absorption. I find it helps to control appetite without the jitters, but most importantly is what I feel it is doing at a cellular level (helping to keep my metabolic switch on fat burner mode) This is the only product I use along with a clean whole food diet (basically an anti-inflammatory diet and some simple intermittent fasting) I have kept off an extra 30 lbs for going on a year now and I feel amazing.
