**Q: What is space between mounting holes ?**
A: The distance between each hole is 227*81.5mm.( 8.83*3.21inch). And Please use 12mm drill bit to screw four 60mm holes.

**Q: How to retract the hose reel?**
A: Give the hose a gentle tug and guide it slowly back to the reel. Although the hose is automatically retracted, we still advise you to guide the hose manually when retracting so as to extend the use life of the hose guide and the recovery spring.

A: Please recycle hose and drain out the water inside when not in use .

I used to carry gallons of water around the yard to avoid pulling out the other hoses. This is a game changer!! I bought one for each spigot. The hose is super strong and long. Although I probably could have done with one, I m glad I got both! Buy it! No regrets
