Third, to all the customers that complain about not getting 30 scoops for the price...the product reviews on Thorne website suggest people flip the container over a couple of times to "re fluff" the contents and then you should get the 30 scoops. The product settles over time. Also, it mixes well with warm water. I personally loved the taste, like cream of wheat, or toasted rice. I take other Thorne vitamins, and no one paid me to write this review. I would love to know if customer can get away with taking 1/2 scoop after awhile. I have not been using it for that long.

A suitable substitute for my usual product. High quality contents, mixes fairly well, it does have a mildly earthy flavor to it. A bit pricier than similar products of the same quality. I’d buy it again if my usual product isn’t in stock at my local nutrition shop.
