I purchased a used one through Amazon and it arrived with a few missing parts. After contacting the seller, they promptly sent the missing pieces at no charge, which I truly appreciated. The barre was easy to install and looks great once set up. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because it can shift slightly during certain movements. That said, it’s not designed to hold a lot of body weight, so as long as you’re using it properly, it works perfectly well.
