Review: Very pleased, just right for the job in hand - This is really good stuff. I used it to cover a plastic roof on a pergola which had some holes in it. I believe that this will help protect the roof and add years to its lifespan. It is VERY sticky if used on a warm sunny day so you need to be prepared.
Review: Easy enough to apply, nice and sticky. - I used this to seal the bottom edge of my workshop/shed which has a small leak allowing rain water in. It was easy to apply, nice and sticky. Even with this cold weather spell (around 7c, the product recommends applying in 5c or above), I used a blow-torch to slightly heat up where I was applying it anyway. I used my gloved fingers and took my time to press along the edges and it stuck on, ensuring I pressed edges into any grooves/dips inthe wood of the shed and well into/over any screw holes. Time will tell if it works good, but given how well it went on I have good hopes it'll do the job! If I can update/edit this review, I'll report back in a few weeks and let you know.

**Q: I just bought some, gives very little information on how to make it stick!**
A: You want to place it in the sun for an hour if possible before use. If at room temperature it should stick to many surfaces. If not, heat briefly with a gas gun as you lay it on. Also you can use a wallpaper edging roller once it’s in place to help make it bond.

**Q: Will it work to stop lead flash slipping on a slate roof.**
A: Yes, you can use it to replace damaged lead flashing too, adheres to slate, stone, brick, wood etc,,.

**Q: Can this be painted over ?**
A: I’ve only used sealant paint on it no problem, it sticks to it and doesn’t peel off. 
I think gloss paint would be fine.

**Q: is it butyl**
A: Yes, needs to be heated slightly, a hairdryer works and is then very easily worked into place.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product but beware of the size

I used this to create a waterproof bond between the house and a lean-to, but after about 4-5 months it has slipped/dropped off the wall and has let water in during heavier rainfall. I used the recommended Bostik primer (black markings seen in photos) which I had hoped would mean this wouldn’t happen. I would recommend going for a size (width) larger than you may think, as I will have to redo this again.
