It was used 1-5 times a week and performed flawlessly until January of 2020. I believe the motor they use in these overheats when in such a small enclosure, which leads to it burning out long before the electronics die. Unfortunately these are not user serviceable so I can't state for sure, that's just my guess based on my knowledge of electronics and mechanics.
