But I changed my mind. *by M***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 9 July 2018* Jury is still out on this one. Taking some getting used to. There is obviously a technique to using this but it doesn't come with instructions and although there is an instructional video by Travel Inspira on you tube, there is no commentary. Think for the moment I will stick to using my Edge nail buffers which are excellent.After placing my original 3 star review I received a very helpful e-mail with instructions from Shinail. Full marks plus to them for customer service! I have also changed my mind about the this little gadget (now I know how to use it properly!). It only requires the most GENTLE of usage. Whilst the shine is not not a brilliant shine it does buff out ridges. It is fabulous for sealing the nail. I use this and the Bone Fide crystal nail file and I doubt if I will ever find anything to match these two gadgets for nail care for my fragile nails! 10 stars! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Love it *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 January 2017* Love this product! I've had glass nail files before, but not this texture. If you run you finger over it it actually doesn't feel rough at all at first I wasn't sure how it was going to shape my nails, but it is fab!!I trimmed them with clippers first and used the file to shape and finish off. My nails are prone to peeling and some nail files can weaken them further but this is so gentle and leaves the tips in such a nice smooth condition!
