Review: Quite Surprised - I'm a guitarist and chose soprano sax a beginner second instrument. Wow! is all I got to say. I didn't know blowing the sax could be this easy. I thought I was doing alright with normal cane reed but these are even easier. I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong or something. I decided to buy Synthetic because I believe may have developed an allergy to cane reed. I don't know but I won't returning the normal cane for the foreseeable future. These are still cane but with a synthetic coating on the part the goes in you mouth. The tone as far as beginner knowledge, is so nice and clear. I was using the Rico normal cane 2.0 strength. They were excellent too but these, no wetting. Just put them on your mouthpiece and blow. With correct amburouture of course. Excellent. Work for me. Will be purchasing more from now on.
