Review: Looove this as a pre workout supplement - I REALLY like this pre workout powder. The grape flavor is one of the good grape flavors and not a super artificial tasting grape. The mix does give me energy to get through a workout without over energizing me or giving me the jitters. I also appreciate the added amino acids as I feel like this helps my recovery time. Also - I have a sensitive stomach and haven’t experienced any GI distress associated with use of this product which is a huuuge plus for me

**Q: What is the best flavor?**
A: I really liked the Strawberry-Lime, it reminds me of a slushy as well. You will have to swirl it around the bottle as it has some sediment type stuff that may settle if left undisturbed. Still good though.Edit to add, there is another Amino from the same company the PRO version, has more aminos and no stimulants, only comes in 2 flavors though, not the same as these.

A: Watermelon and Grape are the best. Orange and Pineapple were good, not great.

**Q: Do you take this instead of muscletech whey for example.**
A: Muscletech whey is a protein. Amino Energy doesn't contain protein, it's used for an energy boost pre, during or post workout. So you'd use them in conjunction with each other.

**Q: is there any artificial colors and sweeteners?**
A: Yes, natural and artificial sweeteners, sucralose (splenda), and phenylalanine.

Love this stuff. Best flavor by far. Tried the others and they all seem like u didn’t add enough powder. I use it during the day bc I don’t drink coffee… it gets me motivated, peps you up, and it definitely helps on the days I go to the gym. I’ve added 1-2 weights on every machine I normally use, when I drink this 30-60min before. I even had a friend who doesn’t believe in preworkout try it, he said the same. Lifted more weight than normal. Mixes good, dissolves pretty easy, I make 3 on Monday and leave in fridge for when I am in a rush. I got the big one to save money. Just wish it was a little cheaper since I use it daily. It’s also like 10 calories so it doesn’t affect your diet.
