I thought it was time I finally got a new pair and these caught my eye due to the unique style/look. The mesh material is a great look and it matches a pair of sneakers my husband just got. I'm so glad I went with these because they're really cute and stylish. They are casual, yet can be dressed up a little for a dressy casual date night or something.I'm glad that I ordered 1/2 size larger because they are a bit narrow. I have plenty of room in the toe area, and they will fit great with thick socks for the winter. They were a little tight when I first put them on, but after an hour or two of walking in them, they were broken in and very comfortable. They have a good amount of cushion, perfect for walking and doing errands throughout the day.I love that they come with an extra pair of pink shoe laces to match the inside of the sneakers (I purchased the black/pink pair - although it says black/red, it's hot pink). There is a weird shiny piece of material inside the lining at the toe area. I thought it was part of the packaging at first, but it does not come out (it's in between the mesh and lining. It's fairly noticeable, but I guess it's supposed to be. I know sometimes you should buy your sneakers a 1/2 size larger and I think these are like that. They look great and I've worn them for a few months now and they really do hold up for wearing to the gym and moderate gym classes. Nice amount of cushion. I do not need arch support but I suspect if you do these may feel a little flat inside. The shoes are a bit short and tight across the tops of my toes - my big toe gets a bit smushed into the reflector at the toe. Otherwise, they look great and are super lightweight even though they have good cushion.
