**Q: I realize this a lace shoe, but can the straps also be adjusted? I have a narrow foot. Being able to tighten the heel straps could help with fit.**
A: There is only one adjustment point, that is to pull on the elastic band. It tightens both the straps across the top of the foot and the straps that go back to the heel. I have a narrow heel and they fit me just fine.

**Q: Do these fit similarly to the sandals in length and toe box width? I usually wear a wide shoe, but the unaweep sandals fit fine in a medium.**
A: I normally wear a medium or D width so I don't know if my answer will help you. I ordered the sandals in size 9 my regular shoe size and they fit comfortably.  I do have to pull the laces up tight to fit right.  the toe box has plenty of room for my foot, but I don't need a wide shoe

**Q: I am looking to buy a pair of these but never have before, I always wear a size 10 in nike mens. How do the sizes of these compare to nike for men?**
A: Yeah I wear a 10.5 nike free and got the 10 in this they fit perfect

**Q: Can these be submerged in water if your hiking near a river and step in etc.?**
A: Yes, you can submerge  in water. I wore them for a week in the Grand Canyon and had no problems.
