Amazon to the rescue!It's darker than the bread available in my local supermarkets, more solid, but not heavy. I wouldn't eat it untoasted, but then I wouldn't eat most gluten free bread untoasted either.It slices really well without falling apart, and none of the loaves I have opened have had holes them.Each loaf is quite small, roughly 10x9x8cm, and you get two in each box.
